Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage student behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment
Act as a positive role model, building strong relationships with students and staff
Cover pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
Develop rapport quickly with students, ensuring a smooth transition during lessons
Be flexible in covering various subjects across KS3 and KS4Ideal Candidate:
A degree in any subject (recent graduates welcome)
Previous experience working in a school setting or with young people is a plus
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A passion for supporting student learning and development
Ability to maintain a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere
