Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education? Are you considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, or youth work?
We are a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Newham and are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Graduate LSA to join our team for the full academic year starting September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment, working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role:
Support students in the classroom, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including students with SEND or EAL needs
Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, classroom management, and intervention activities
Build strong, professional relationships with students, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Gain first-hand insight into the workings of a secondary school
What We’re Looking For:
A recent graduate (any subject)
A genuine passion for education and working with young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
