A Primary Pupil Referral Unit based in Chapel-en-le-Frith is seeking a compassionate and highly-organised recent graduate to deploy as a Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant. This soon-to-be-opened Pupil Referral Unit will serve a cohort of primary phase students who have been excluded from mainstream education due to behaviour or other complex SEN needs. Many of these students have poor school attendance records and the successful applicant to this Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant role will be expected to conduct regular safeguarding checks at student’s homes. As such, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are a requirement for this Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant role.
