Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to gain experience and make a real difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SENTeaching Assistant:
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their day-to-day learning and development
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities
Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students achieve their individual learning goals
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student engagement and well-being
Work closely with the SEN team to track student progress and contribute to individual learning plansRequirements of a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
Passion for working with children and a commitment to supporting students with special needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, empathetic, and flexible in your approach to student support
Experience in a school setting or working with children with SEN is desirable but not essentialBenefits:
