Graduate Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Primary School (EYFS – KS2)
Are you a graduate with a background in Psychology, Education, Care, or Languages? Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a primary school setting?
We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants for full-time roles across EYFS to KS2 in a dynamic and supportive primary school. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, working closely with teachers and students while developing your skills in a classroom environment.
The Role:
Supporting children’s learning in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
Providing targeted interventions for students who need additional support.
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
Supporting children with SEN, EAL, or additional needs to help them reach their full potential.
Working across different year groups, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Languages, or a related field.
Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, tutoring, or care settings (desirable but not essential).
A proactive and patient approach with a genuine passion for education.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.What We Offer:
