A degree in any discipline
A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
Passion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards working with children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience:
No prior experience required
A genuine interest in education and helping students thrive academically and sociallyKey Responsibilities:
Provide support to individual students and small groups
Assist in classroom management and lesson preparation
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and educational activities
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
