My client, a specialist recruitment company based in Canterbury are looking to hire several Recruitment Consultants. They will look at trainees and also people who have had a start in the recruitment industry already.
This position is Hybrid, two days a week in the office and three remote.
The position is a five-minute walk from Canterbury West Station. You don’t need a driving licence to apply.
Selling Points
* Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission on the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earned £30,000 for this business, you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high-earning role.
* Hybrid role, two days a week in the office and the rest from home. You can come in more days a week if you want to use the office but this is flexible.
