Location: Various MOD & RAF Sites (Travel Required)
Start Date: Immediate Start
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, working across multiple MOD and RAF sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in grounds maintenance and hold a valid UK driving licence, as travel between sites is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weeding, and litter picking
Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively (e.g., mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all outdoor areas
Follow site-specific safety and security protocols, especially when working on MOD/RAF premises
Complete daily job sheets and vehicle checks as required
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and service expectations
Requirements:
Must have previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance role
Full UK driving licence is essential
Able to pass security clearance or already hold clearance for MOD/RAF sites (preferred)
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
