Job Title: Gardener – Housing Association (Temporary)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Various Housing Association Sites
Start: ASAP
We’re currently looking for a reliable and hard-working Gardener to support a local housing association in maintaining the appearance and upkeep of communal green spaces. This is a temporary role, ideal for someone with previous grounds or garden maintenance experience.
Day-to-Day Duties Include:
Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weeding across communal areas
Sweeping pathways and general tidying of outdoor spaces
Planting and maintaining flower beds and shrubbery
Litter picking and clearing leaves or debris
Reporting any issues or damage to outdoor spaces
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Requirements:
Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience
Full UK driving licence preferred
Must be able to pass a basic DBS check
Able to work independently and take pride in keeping outdoor areas clean and presentable
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
