Trafford Leisure have an exciting opportunity for Gymnastics Coaches to join the team.

Location: Move Altrincham

Salary: £15.52 per hour (Level 2) / £12.32 (Level 1) / Activity Leaders depending on role

Hours: We are recruiting for a range of hours for this position from 12 hours up to 39 hours.

We are delighted to continue our exciting recruit campaign for our multi-million-pound investment for our new move Altrincham Leisure Centre.

The development of the new centre is well underway, including a state of the art Health and Wellbeing Spa, a 25m swimming pool, 20m learner pool and a state-of-the-art gym and wellness space.

We’re looking for the right individuals to help us shape, launch and develop our brand-new purpose-built gymnastics Hub.

Are you level 1 or level 2 British gymnastics qualified, or an Activity Leader? If so we would love to hear from you! We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.

The role: In this role you will be responsible for

  • Creating a positive, fun atmosphere that encourages everyone to excel.
  • Leading classes with a professional, supportive approach that connects with gymnasts, parents, and fellow coaches.
  • Maintaining a safe environment while demonstrating great coaching practices.
  • Helping gymnasts develop their skills regardless of age, ability, or background, so everyone feels included and supported.
  • Managing time well, being punctual, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Setting up and taking down equipment safely to keep the gym ready for action.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the team on track and achieve our shared goals.

Working Hours: We are recruiting for a range of hours for this position from 12 hours up to 39 hours.
