Kolae is a new Thai restaurant from the team behind som saa.
Kolae will serve exceptional Thai food, using the best of both British and Thai produce. With a focus on grilled dishes, especially Southern Thai style grilled kolae chicken, but you can also expect grilled and raw seafood dishes, salads pounded to order, fiery nam phrik relishes and a regularly changing selection of stir fries and small plates.
The drinks menu will feature creative cocktails, each made using fresh Thai ingredients, as well as a list of 15-20 of wines all available by the glass, plus a small selection of beers and ciders.
The role will include:
- learning about our unique food
- getting to know our wine and cocktail lists
- taking reservations, planning event reservations and greeting our guests
- answering emails with nicely manners
- working with us to ensure both guests and colleagues have a unique and enjoyable experience at Kolae
Previous restaurant experience as a host or receptionist is definitely preferred – a valid passport or visa is required.
At the present time, we are looking to hire part-time and full-time host(ess)
