Join Our 24/7 HEART Response Team!

Are you ready to make a difference? Join us as a HEART Responder in our Home Emergency Alarm Response Team, providing vital support to our customers 24/7, 365 days a year.

We are currently hiring for shifts on a 3 on, 3 off basis with two shift patterns: 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm. You’ll be working an average of 26.25 hours per week.

What we’re looking for:

A valid British driving licence
Recent experience in moving and handling (within the last 12-24 months)
