Job Title: Helpdesk and Work Order Coordinator
Location: Paignton
Contract: Full Time
Rate: £12.60 per hour

Overview:
This role acts as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues, and external suppliers to manage and coordinate work order requests. You’ll handle incoming queries, log service requests, and work with relevant
teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Order Management
Answer calls and emails professionally, logging service requests accurately.
Schedule site visits and arrange access for technicians and contractors.
Ensure all work orders contain the necessary information for completion.
Prioritise urgent or emergency requests as needed.
Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Use facility management software to handle planned and reactive maintenance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documents are stored properly.Operational Support
Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Keep system data updated and accurate.
Perform general administrative duties.
Record breakdowns and job requests clearly.
Maintain strong communication with facility users and support staff.
Support customer satisfaction by ensuring a high level of service.
Collect feedback from completed jobs and escalate any issues as needed.What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a facilities management or customer service environment (preferred).
Good IT skills with the ability to navigate various systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
