Helpdesk Administrator needed for temp to perm vacancy in Swanscombe.

Working Hours – Monday – Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into – Helpdesk Manager

My client is a leading maintenance provider who are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a permanent or temp to perm basis.

The Helpdesk Administrator administrator will use the Concept system to schedule all pre-planned maintenance and any reactive works.

Duties:

• Manage your own portfolio of clients who you will work with daily.

• Issuing and raising PO numbers.

• Raising purchase order numbers and processing purchase order ledger invoices.

• Managing engineers and their maintenance schedules, both reactive and PPM.

• Use of Concept system
