Are you passionate about education and committed to nurturing young minds? Smile Education are looking for High Level Teaching Assistants in Warwickshire for long term roles in September. This full-time role offers the opportunity to inspire and support young learners in their phonics development.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective planned phonics lessons.
Support the class teacher in planning and preparing phonics activities.
Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and tailor teaching strategies accordingly.Requirements:
HLTA qualification.
Strong knowledge of phonics schemes and best practices.
24 months worth of references (including working with children in the UK)
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Right to work in the UK.
