Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS check required (must be obtained or in place prior to start)
Company Overview: We are a trusted nursery management company based in Denton, focused on delivering high-quality early years education and care. We are currently seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support our growing team and ensure smooth HR operations across our nursery settings.
Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the HR department, contributing to the efficient running of HR processes such as recruitment, employee records management, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and reference checks
* Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
* Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and policy updates
* Assist with payroll by providing accurate employee information
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Handle employee queries related to HR procedures and nursery operations
* Coordinate and track staff training sessions and certifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Knowledge of HR systems or databases is a plus
* Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information
Education and Experience:
* Minimum of GCSEs (including English and Maths)
* HR-related qualification or CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
* 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
