£26,000 + 28 days holiday (including statutory) + staff discount + discretionary annual bonus
We are supporting a well-established and highly regarded Leicester-based retailer in the recruitment of a Human Resources Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a fast-paced and growing business known for delivering outstanding service and investing in its people.
As the HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team with a range of administrative and organisational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within HR and support the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment requirements.
· Run weekly timesheet reports for payroll and assist with related documentation.
· Manage the HR inbox and resolve day-to-day internal queries.
· Coordinate recruitment administration and support onboarding activities.
· Provide clerical and administrative assistance to senior HR team members.
· Assist with internal communications and updates to staff and managers.
· Support continuous improvement of internal processes within the HR function.
· Contribute to operational and strategic HR projects as required.
Person Profile:
· Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
· Knowledge of HR processes is beneficial but not essential.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· High attention to detail and able to handle sensitive data confidentially.
· Comfortable working in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
£26,000 + 28 days holiday (including statutory) + staff discount + discretionary annual bonus.
