Description

We are recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to join a retail client in Beaumont Leys, Leicester.

You will support your HR team members in all administrative and organisational activities in order to build capacity for a wide range of different tasks within the department.

An insight to the role:
· Maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
· Running weekly timesheet reports for payroll
· Maintain HR records accurately and in line with our ongoing data protection and GDPR requirements
· Take responsibility of the HR inbox and resolve any general queries
· Assist and coordinate with the full recruitment process and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.

We are looking for someone who has:
· Previous experience in an administrative position
· Knowledge of human resources processes is desirable but not essential
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Able to work in a busy, time sensitive environment
· Ability to handle data with confidentiality
· Good organisational and time management skills

This is an office-based position, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30.

The salary for this role is up to £25,000 plus company benefits.
