Position: HR Administrator
Location: Bracknell, RG42
Work Pattern: On site – Part time role with 3 days per week (25 hours)
Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory for this role, as travel to site location will require the use of a car.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR team with the smooth delivery of HR processes and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and values flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, documentation, induction scheduling)
* Support in tracking staff absences, holidays, and timekeeping
* Coordinate and support training, appraisals, and team building activities
* Prepare letters and documentation such as offer letters, Amendments letters
* Handle general HR inquiries from employees with professionalism and confidentiality
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
