18 Recruitment are working with a social housing subcontractor to recruit for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
Working as part of a team in a busy environment assisting the Administration function of our client’s HR team with all aspects of HR Admin in a timely, effective and efficient manner at all times.
Responsibilities include
* Efficiently dealing with all HR Admin related matters
* Accurately recording data in the online database, ensuring it is up to date at all times
* Create letters and contracts of employment and send via Docusign
* Write and send letters for any HR related topic
* Recording and save accurately information in the employees’ files
* Updating HR database and ensure is always up to date and much more!
* Ability to multi-task and strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Passionate about HR!
This role will be office based for 3 days a week with 2 days working from home- please note that throughout the training period you will be expected to do full time in the office
