Welsh Essential – 37 hours per week – Temp 3 months – Starting ASAP

Your new company
Working for a large public service organisation with Headquarters based in Carmarthen. The organisation offers parking for staff and is accessible via some public transport routes.
Your new role

  • Maintaining electronic filing systems and staff records
  • Coordination of the services employee benefit schemes, work experience placements and identity cards/badges
  • Record and provide information/answers to routine enquiries on HR matters via the HR support desk
  • Ensure relevant departments are notified of new starters, transfers, promotions throughout the service
  • Coordinate/undertake scanning and filing duties with regard to personnel records, general upkeep of archiving of the filing systems

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous administration or HR admin experience
  • You must be able to communicate in the medium of Welsh.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
  • Access to offices in Carmarthen – role mainly office-based

What you’ll get in return
