Since then, we’ve evolved from a recruitment process management company into a full-service outsourcing provider, delivering the supporting functions typically found in an integrated HR department. We provide tailored, outsourced HR solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Overall Purpose of the Role
To deliver an outstanding service to all clients, continuously exceeding expectations by providing both transformational and strategic HR support. Reporting directly to the Lead Consultant, your role is to provide seamless, high-quality support across all aspects of the HR function within OutThere and to our client base.
This is an ideal opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who can balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery. You’ll manage a mix of transactional tasks and generalist responsibilities, while also playing a key role in shaping and implementing creative HR strategies. We’re looking for someone who thrives on enabling change, challenges convention, and brings fresh thinking to help our clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
To seamlessly onboard new clients and exceed expectations
Establish in month 1 each client’s priority projects/deliverables
Planning and delivery of HR Projects against the pre-agreed timelines
Supporting clients in various strategic areas, principally those involving employee and people development.
Frequent on-site attendance at client locations – adjusting to customer culture and values.
Providing outstanding Generalist and Strategic HR Support to OutThere client base encompassing both transactional and transformational HR.
When providing Employee Relations advice and support ONLY present “Options Based” solutions paired with risk with the ultimate decision being the clients.
Delivery of HR Projects against a pre-agreed HR Project lists and timelines
Time Allocation/Time Management – Accurately Time Logging ALL billable work/tasks against the relevant customer using OutThere’s chosen time/clocking project management software
Frequent attendance at Customer Locations – adjusting to customer culture and values.
Keeping up to date with any relevant legal changes, notifying clients and updating policies as and when required.
Creation and roll out of HR policies and procedures.
HR administration and transactional activities including completion of documentation, legal letters, contracts, etc.
Monitoring and administration of HR Information Systems
Management of employee data electronically
Onboarding activities and exit interviews
Supporting clients in various strategic areas, principally those involving employees and people development.
Creating and delivering training plans to line managers and clients.
Positvely and professionally promoting the OutThere brand
Promote and cross/up sell OutThere services to existing client base
Promote OutThere services amongst your professional network to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Essentials:
Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified
Appropriate work based experience within a Generalist HR setting
Appropriate work based experience within a Strategic HR setting
Attention to detail and diligence in completing tasks fully
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging at a senior level
