Key Responsibilities

– Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

– Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting.

– Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.

– Support HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

– Assist in payroll processing and benefit administration, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.

– Collaborate with managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

– Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Key Skills & Requirements

– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

– Working knowledge of ADP HR systems is an advantage but not essential.

– CIPD Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential; we are open to candidates with relevant experience.
