We are seeking an Industrial Cleaner to join our clients team in Worthing. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit and enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment. The position offers an immediate start, with interviews scheduled for next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform various industrial cleaning tasks to meet the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Operate cleaning machinery and use cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage schedules of cleaning to ensure all tasks are completed timely, which may include early starts or late finishes.
• Utilise company vehicles to travel to different sites, hence a driving license is preferred.
• Maintain clear and effective communication, especially regarding safety procedures and operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Flexibility with working hours, including availability for early mornings and late evenings.
• Clear communication skills, crucial for maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Driving licence is preferred to use company vehicles, although non-drivers will also be considered.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, fun environment.
