Your Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll support our German-speaking partners and customers with product information, quotes, and solution guidance—ensuring smooth sales cycles and strong business relationships.
Job Requirements
What You Bring:
* Fluent in German (native or near – native) and strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Other languages (French, Spanish, or Nordics) a plus.
* Experience in inside sales, channel sales, or B2B customer service
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM and partner portal tools. (or willing to learn fast)
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Great to have but not essential:
* Experience working with channel programs or indirect sales in tech, SaaS, or IT industries.
* Knowledge of the DACH market and partner ecosystem.
Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with existing and prospective resellers and vendors in the DACH region
* Respond to inbound inquiries and generate outbound opportunities
* Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on pricing and availability
* Support the sales team in account management and pipeline growth
* Collaborate with vendor and channel teams to promote new products and promotions
* Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
