Base to £26,000, realistic OTE £40,000.

This is warm leads (not cold calling), come in and meet us, speak to us, meet the team, find out how they all love earning and spending their commission.

We do not necessarily need previous sales experience however you will need to be a natural communicator, someone that understands that you will need to bring a confident, positive attitude when working to targets and be comfortable speaking to people over the phone.

Rural villages have old, slow copper broadband – they struggle to do the things that residents in larger towns and cities take for granted, think watching Netflix or gaming without it buffering….

We solve the problem by building a fibre to the home (FTTH) network. We then market the service to the residents who contact us and register their details as they want to find out more. As an Inside Sales Executive you take these inbound calls or call them back and explain how we can solve their problems and likely save them money.

As a sales role there are targets and you will be receiving and making numerous calls each day but if you are money motivated, believe in rewards for good performance then you will earn £40,000 per annum.

Note: As we need to speak to customers outside of normal hours on occasions, this role would require a late shift – 11.00am to 7.30pm once a week, with a Saturday, which can be worked from home, on a rota basis circa once every 4 weeks, with a day of in lieu during the week.
