Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Administrator to join our growing team in Basildon. You will play a key role in supporting the installation department, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling installation appointments with clients and contractors.
  • Maintaining accurate records of installations, including client details, project timelines, and inventory.
  • Liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Preparing reports and documentation related to installation projects.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in an installation or construction environment, is desirable.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
