Posting and Promoting Job Openings: Create and advertise internal job openings at Blueprint across the company website and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to attract potential candidates.
Screening Applicants: Reach out to applicants, collect relevant information, and evaluate whether they meet the qualifications and fit for the role.
Interview Coordination and Conducting: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in person and via Teams, in collaboration with a company director.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with Blueprint’s Marketing Executive to promote a professional and consistent personal brand on social platforms, effectively representing the company.
Candidate Tracking and Reporting: Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintain detailed records, and provide regular updates to company directors on staffing needs and recruitment progress.What we expect from you:
