IT Support Technician

If you’re experienced in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and have a knack for resolving technical challenges, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Respond swiftly to service tickets and user inquiries, providing timely assistance.

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize user disruption.

* Log and monitor support requests through the helpdesk system, ensuring clear documentation.

* Provide user-friendly guidance and training on IT tools and best practices.

* Work closely with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.

* Support fellow IT team members with collaborative problem-solving.

* Consistently deliver high-quality customer service to maximize user satisfaction.

* Stay informed on new technologies and recommend process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and services.

* Familiarity with NetDocuments is advantageous.

* Solid understanding of IT systems and user support requirements.

* Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are beneficial.

Experience and Background:

* 2+ years in an IT support role, preferably within professional services.
