Solution Consultants ICT Ltd is a dynamic and growing IT managed service provider (MSP) supporting over 300 clients with their IT and Telecoms services. We offer guidance, consultancy, and IT project support to a diverse client base.

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer Apprentice to join our technical team. Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional IT support and services to our clients, ensuring that both individual and team Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Respond to customer calls and tickets daily, resolving them within SLA and keep the customer always updated. Escalate business critical issues.
  • Always represent SolCo professionally, ensuring our customers experience is always a positive one.
  • Respond to all assigned customer tickets within SLA, make and receive calls to customers, update the necessary internal CRM/ticket system and supplier systems where necessary.
  • Contact suppliers where necessary to escalate issues and update internal system with supplier responses.
  • Where necessary, order/provision/configure new services for customers.
  • Ensure all IT support customers are fully always monitored.
  • Arrange and take ownership of customer projects where appropriate.
  • Maintain a good understanding at all times of SolCos product set and take ownership of improving knowledge.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • £16,000 – £18,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 08:30am 17:30pm
