Hours:Monday Friday; 8.30am 5pm (1 hour lunch), 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office (days to be confirmed)

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Company based in Ringwood who are looking to recruit an IT Support Desk Analyst on a permanent basis. This vital role will ensure the operational delivery and maintenance of IT solutions across the organisation.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Desk Analyst:

  • Provide 1st/2nd level support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Maintain existing infrastructure
  • Resolve complex problems experienced by end users
  • Ensure day to day IT facilities are available to all staff across all sites
  • Analyse IT and communication activity
  • Work closely with the IT Director to plan and implement IT strategy to ensure productivity is maintained across the business.
  • Support training plans of the Company and provide training on IT

Requirements of the IT Support Desk Analyst:

  • Experience within IT Support
  • Background within 1st or 2nd level support
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office, IBM/HCL Notes and Domino environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload and maintain deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Transport is essential due to regular travel to other sites
