IT Support Engineer
Full time 37.5 hours per week.
£25,000 per annum
Plus non contractual bonus of up to 10%
Based at our brand new offices in Hesslewood Office Park, Hessle.
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the John Good Group Central Services IT Team on a permanent basis.
Normal working hours are 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday to be worked between the hours of 9.00am-5.30pm.

The role
As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees working onsite and/or remotely, assisting in the maintenance of IT hardware, installation of software and undertaking project work. You may, on occasions, be also required to visit other office locations to provide support in person.
The role will include:
- Providing support both in person and remotely as needed for the Group and its Operating Companies
- Working with external third parties to provide resolution when necessary
- Assist in managing onsite systems
- Working with the wider team to ensure requests are dealt with efficiently and customers are kept up to date
- Updating documentation on IT systems / processes as necessary
- Assisting in the delivery of IT projects as well as leading and delivering on those assigned to you
About you:
- Previous experience in IT support is essential (2+years)
- Previous experience with M365 technologies
- Customer service focussed
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver
- A logical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions to problems
- Previous experience in assisting with projects and delivering small scale projects
- Car and driving licence is essential to be able to visit local sites when needed
- Strong technical aptitude
