  • Implement IEPs: Help put Individual Education Plans into action, ensuring each child receives the support they need.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere where every child can thrive.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside teachers, parents, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the children.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a 1:1 support role and working with children with additional needs.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
