TeacherActive is on the lookout for passionate Cover Supervisors to join our secondary schools in Sheffield. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in when teachers are away, ensuring the class keeps moving smoothly. You’ll get to dive into a variety of subjects and engage with students – no two days are the same!

What Will You Be Doing?
Every day is different, but here’s a glimpse of your exciting role:
Leading pre-planned lessons across a mix of subjects (hello, variety!)
Keeping the classroom on track and students engaged
Helping students with their tasks and answering questions
Collecting work and passing it back to the teacher
Reporting any class issues, behaviours, or achievements
Handling any surprises (emergencies? You’ve got it covered!) following the school’s procedures
