Description

Our client is seeking an administration assistant to support the office and Executive Assistant with maintaining data, marketing and diary based tasks.

The Role:

– Maintain and manage mailing lists

– Monitor CRM data held on system

– Meeting support. Preparing agendas, take minutes and distribute material

– Travel co ordination. Prepare itineraries and travel packs for the Board as required

– Marketing tasks

The Person:

– Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

– Relay messages promptly

– Must have previous administration experience

– Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour

– Previous experience in minute taking is advantageous

– Detail orientated

– Exceptional communication skills
