As a Data Apprentice, youll play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our academies, helping to enhance the learning experience for all.

In this role, youll work towards your Data Analyst Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Data extracts from Management Information System & other essential Trust Systems and standard reports within that software
  • Import and extract data from different Management Information Systems
  • Manipulate data using pivot tables and lookups
  • Data cleansing assessing the impact of missing data
  • Produce school reports that analyse internal performance data, exam results, attendance etc.
  • Improve outcomes for children and allow school leadership to analyse and make predictions

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 6 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
  • A desire to continue academic education
  • Knowledge of coding languages
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Act on own initiative
  • Willingness to learn
