Junior Sous Chef – London

We are looking for a highly experienced, strong, CDP or Junior Sous Chef looking to work in a busy, central London kitchen. You must have a passion for cooking & have pride in every plate of food you create. Our head chef, Nadia, is looking to train a strong CDP / Junior Sous for future progression. Our kitchens are well equipped, fully electric & we run with a small, fresh food menu that sits alongside specials & a robust function trade too. We have several big event days a year with special menus & of course, being on the edge of Trafalgar Square, are very busy with fish & chips being our number one selling dish. You will need to be confident with a traditional British focused menu at high volume.

What we look for in a Junior Sous Chef:

  • As a trainee deputy to the Head Chef, you will learn to take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
  • Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal ingredients.

  • A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
