Job Title: Key Account Specialist Location: Lisburn Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility required) Salary: £25,000 + OTE up to £29,000 Why Join Us? What You'll Do Recruitment: Collaborate with clients to understand roles, organisational culture, specifications, and assignment duration Source and recruit for roles of all levels, aligned with resourcing KPIs Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies to meet client requirements Interview and assess candidates based on client-specific criteria Register candidates in line with legal and ethical compliance, including Right to Work, EAA, AWR, GLAA (if applicable) Deliver client-specific training such as manual handling and induction (where agreed) Issue onboarding materials, including assignment briefings and handbooks Meet KPIs as set by your line manager Client Management: Work with the Branch Manager to deliver innovative solutions and add value to services Regularly review service performance and provide manpower planning recommendations Deliver services in line with the client SLA Provide reports and management information as outlined in the SLA Issue and act on client satisfaction surveys Respond to client feedback promptly Maintain accurate worker records and systems Ensure timely and correct payment of candidates; coordinate weekly payroll clinics Advise temporary workers on performance and absence management Conduct reviews and appraisals with temporary staff (where applicable) Manage complaints or issues, including investigation meetings Distribute and review candidate satisfaction surveys Compliance Management: Ensure all operations are compliant with ethical, legal, and company standards Adhere to company and statutory health and safety policies Complete monthly branch quality audits Assist with client ethical and customer audits when required What We're Looking For Essential: Minimum 6 months' experience in account management or recruitment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong administration and IT skills Proven reliability and a stable work history Confidence in handling disciplinary and grievance matters Personal Attributes: Communication: Able to convey information clearly across various formats and audiences Accountability: Takes ownership of actions and outcomes Relationship Building: Builds rapport and maintains professional networks Resilience: Performs well under pressure and adapts to challenges Why Apply?
