About the role: As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide targeted support to children in their formative years. Your responsibilities will include delivering booster and intervention sessions, working one-on-one with pupils, and supporting small groups to ensure they thrive academically and socially. This part-time, ongoing role is perfect for an experienced TA looking for flexibility or someone eager to gain more experience in a dynamic, inclusive school setting.

Application Requirements:

• Has experience working with children in Key Stage 1 or a similar primary school setting.
• Demonstrates a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• Can provide support for children with special educational needs (SEN).
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Holds a valid DBS check or is willing to undergo one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering booster and intervention sessions.
• Provide one-on-one and group support for children needing additional help.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to tailor support to individual student needs.
• Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of pupils under your care.
