Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant

Teach Now is seeking a dynamic and reliable Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield. This full-time position is ideal for a TA who thrives in a vibrant classroom environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on children’s academic and personal development.

The Role:

• Work closely with class teachers to deliver booster sessions and academic interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs, adapting strategies to suit individual learning styles
• Assist with classroom management, group activities, and 1:1 support where necessary
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to review meetings and planning sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience supporting KS2 pupils, particularly in academic catch-up or intervention programmes
• A patient, proactive, and engaging approach to supporting diverse learners
• Understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices
• A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
