We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team.
As an KS1 Primary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our young students. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
– Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum in KS1
– Use effective teaching strategies to educate students in various subjects
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
– Manage student behaviour and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies
– Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs
– Assess student progress through regular evaluations and assignments
– Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– QTS, ECT or PGCE Qualification
– Valid teaching certification/license
– Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
– Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching
