Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their academic and personal growth.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of phonics teaching methods (e.g., Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc.).
Passionate about supporting young learners and promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
