About the role: We’re looking for a passionate and proactive KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Cricklewood, London. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone looking to make a real difference by providing targeted support to students through booster sessions and interventions, helping them catch up and thrive in their learning journey. You’ll also work closely with children who have special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel supported and engaged in the classroom.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a primary school (preferable).
• Understanding of SEN and experience with interventions (desirable).
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support KS2 students through targeted booster sessions and interventions.
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who require additional support.
• Support students with SEN in achieving their educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and SENCO to provide tailored support.
