We’re working with a leading Learning disabilities charity offering exciting opportunities for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to support care clients in both men & women’s services.
You will be joining a team dedicated to providing clients with a safe environment in which you will support and promote independent living and opportunities for positive behaviour
Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and housing-related support.
* Supporting clients in maintaining positive behaviours and independence.
* Safeguarding residents and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
* Facilitating engagement with community activities and providing emotional and physical support.
Requirements:
* Experience in caring for or supporting vulnerable individuals.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
* A passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Capability to demonstrate authority positively and maintain dignity and respect.
