Lead Time Analyst (Order Management)

Office Based – Southampton

£28,500 p/a plus excellent benefits

The Role

To assist the Order Management Manager/team by reviewing existing processes and improving/updating.

To assist/work with Global Support on order management enhancement projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock allocations – responsibility for the overall allocation of restricted stock to customers and Garmin offices orders within the EMEA area.
  • Working on non-restricted excess stock reports on a daily basis.
  • Working with the order management team to establish what reporting needs to be run and how beneficial the current reports are/how these are utilised, i.e. past due reports, stock held in reservations.
  • Managing new launch items adding/removing new product holds from orders, allocating stock, releasing to warehouse in adequate time for launch date.
  • Reviewing and revising current order management processes/KPIs, ensuring efficiency in the department.
  • Reviewing lead-time processes, streamlining the current processes.
  • Overseeing smooth transitions of business changes i.e. PL1 business returning to E1, Marine/JL Audio moving over to E2.
  • Regional expert on More4Apps having good knowledge in More4Apps software, assist with controlling the latest templates, troubleshooting & resolving queries.
  • Supporting Global Support with OM enhancements projects.
  • Support other team members as and when required.
  • Carry out any other work as detailed by the Order Management Manager.

Technical Requirements

Computer literate, Oracle Experience, Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education and Experience

  • Educated to GCSE/A Level Standard
  • Experience in Data entry
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in communicating via Telephone/Email/Teams.
