The Role
In this role you will be providing individualised support to students with SEND, both in and out of the classroom.
You will collaborate with teachers, therapists and other professionals to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPS) for students.
You will assist teachers in preparing and delivering differentiated lessons and learning materials and adapting teaching strategies and techniques to meet the needs of the students.
You should have a calm and consistent approach and be committed to supporting pupils to make progress and overcome learning barriers.
You will work closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers, providing assessments and reports.
These vacancies are offered on a full-time contract basis with the possibility for temp to perm for the right candidate.
