About the OperationsLearning and Development AssistantRole:
As a Learning and Development Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our operational teams. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, delivering, and evaluating both internal and external training programs. Conducting face-to-face and online training sessions, including mandatory and annual learning. Developing engaging training materials tailored to various learning needs. Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, induction, and certification of new team members. Performing regular employee quality assessments to identify training needs as well as supporting the development and delivery of client training initiatives. You will keep up to date training records in line with legislation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company/client policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
