Learning Support Assistant – About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be providing essential support to students across various year groups, working closely with the class teacher to help with classroom activities, promoting engagement, and ensuring that every child can access their learning. You will assist students both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, supporting their academic and social development.
The role requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and proactive in helping students overcome any barriers to learning, creating a positive impact on their educational journey.
