We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Hull, providing essential support to students within a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
✅ Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students.
✅ Assist pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or those who require additional learning support.
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
✅ Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
✅ Help with classroom activities, engagement, and behaviour management.
✅ Encourage student confidence, independence, and well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
âœ”ï¸ Experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, mentoring, or care settings).
âœ”ï¸ A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach.
âœ”ï¸ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
âœ”ï¸ A passion for education and supporting young learners.
âœ”ï¸ Experience with SEN (desirable but not essential).
âœ”ï¸ A willingness to learn and develop within the role
