Graduate Learning Support Assistant / KS3/4 / Secondary School / Lambeth
Are you a recent graduate looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN) in a Lambeth secondary school?
Future Education invites enthusiastic and compassionate graduates to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. This role offers a unique opportunity to work 1:1 or in small groups with SEN students, supporting them in key stages 3 and 4. You’ll be part of a supportive, passionate team in one of the vibrant Lambeth schools.
Role Expectations:
Make a meaningful impact by providing vital learning support to SEN students in key stages 3 and 4.
Develop strong, positive relationships with both students and staff members.
Work closely with class teachers to deliver personalized support, helping students thrive academically and socially.
Contribute to the personal growth and success of pupils with special needs, helping them reach their potential.
Requirements:
Desire to work in a secondary school environment, ideally with an interest in SEN support.
Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
Enhanced DBS on the update service.
Recent Safeguarding training (we can assist with this if needed).
Right to work in the UK.
