The School:
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Plaistow is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The Role:
Supporting a child with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one basis.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA).
Proven ability to support children with challenging behaviour.
A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
